Service Description
There is no pressure to bundle! You can pay as you go! In the first session, we dive into your hopes and dreams for solo travel, uncovering what excites you and tackling any fears we identify together! The second session is where we keep the momentum going, no matter what the first steps of solo travel look like for you! In the third and final session, you are confidently stepping into your solo journey and feeling ready to Go Solo!
Cancellation Policy
Regarding the FREE 15 minute, "Are we a Good Fit?": Please be courteous about canceling or rescheduling. Please allow for AT LEAST 24 hours notice. Remember you are scheduling time that others are unable to. Thank you! For ALL 1 2 3 Go Solo! sessions: All Coaching sessions are up to or equal to 1 hour. If we do not need the full 60 minutes, the price for the session remains the same. You are not paying per minute, you are paying per session. I do not foresee spending less than an hour on a session, but in the event that it happens, this needs to be noted. Lateness Policy Starting on time is very important. If an individual is late for a session, I reserve the right to shorten the appointment time in order to stay on schedule for other clients. Always text or email if you are running late. If you are not available within 15 minutes of our scheduled start time, then the session is a "no show" and it will be charged accordingly (see below). Cancellation Policy All appointments scheduled must be cancelled or rescheduled with 24-hours notice to avoid being charged for the session. All cancellations are charged 50% of the session cost. There is some flexibility in this policy for emergency situations but remember a scheduled appointment is time reserved especially for you. And usually if you cancel at the last minute the reserved spot can not be rescheduled. All No Shows (15 minutes or more after the scheduled appointment time) are charged the full amount of the session. Package Duration Policy Packages must be used within 90 days of purchase. The 1 2 3 Go Solo! method has the most impact when used within 30 days.
