how 1 2 3 go solo works
Each session is up to an hour.
Session 1: Together we identify why there is fear of solo travel and what your solo dreams are!
Session 2: We go over the doable homework from the previous session and keep you moving towards that solo drive/hike, spacation, dream vacation ...(whatever we determine is solo for you).
Session 3: We go over doable homework that now has you confident in going solo!
Sometimes the fear is logistics. Sometimes it's dining alone. Sometimes it's working through the judgments of others (or yourself). And sometimes it goes much deeper, like health issues and marital problems.
A good Coach meets you where you are and helps create small, doable steps in getting you where you want to go!
